The Intelligus Appliance is a mid-range solution that leverages the inter-working efficiencies of the TouchPoint Internet service into a bespoke solution. The Appliance offers more Administrator defined Portal options, and for self-hosting applications, the software is pre-installed on a hardware platform for set up by the customer. As an alternative service solution Intelligus can host the Appliance as a remote service.

The Intelligus Appliance offers a greater degree of IT Administrator control and this is one of its advantages over the Web Solution; it can integrate more readily with the strategic IT objectives of a mid-size organisation
